Honjo Medical was established in April 2015. Since our founding, we have grown to own a number of specialized companies and entities, including Honjo Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. (HonjoMed), Honjo Information Technology Co., Ltd. (HonjoInfo), Honjo Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (HonjoTech), and Honjo International Trade Co., Ltd.

With the mission of “With CSSD, For CSSD,”we are dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions for the reprocessing of reusable medical devices across Central Sterile Supply Departments (CSSD), Medical Sterile Supply Centers (MSSC), and Endoscopy Suites. The 3-in-1 Intelligent CSSD Solution represents an integrated system comprising the “RoMAI” Operating System, Intelligent Functional Modules, and the All-Round, Multi-Dimensional Deep Mirroring Scenario.

• The “RoMAI”  Operating System integrates critical functions such as traceability management, quality control management, external connectivity, intelligent device and software connection, AI agents, and big data algorithm analysis.
• The Intelligent Functional Modules drive efficiency through intelligent transport, intelligent loading/unloading, intelligent packaging, intelligent warehousing, and intelligent equipment and media modules.
• The Deep Mirroring Scenario provides full visibility by including field mirroring, personnel mirroring, functional module mirroring, operation mirroring, data digital twin, and key performance indicator screening.

 

Our Product Ecosystem

Our extensive portfolio of serial products for reusable device reprocessing is delivered through our specialized subsidiaries:

• HonjoInfo independently develops software, including the “ATCENTRAL” CSSD Quality Traceability and Management System, the “ATCENTRAL” Endoscope Reprocessing Quality Traceability and Management System, the Medical Consortium CSSD Management System, and the CSSD Label Printing Assistant.
• HonjoMed distributes essential CSSD products, such as cleaning detergents from Dr. Weigert and packaging pouches and bags from SteriCLIN.
• HonjoTech manufactures proprietary products, which include brushes, spray guns, steam cleaners, cleaning indicators, residual protein testers, non-woven wrapping materials, rigid containers, sealing machines, printing labels, packaging workstations, shelving, and trolleys, among others.

Since our inception, Honjo Medical has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to professional development, academic research, and community outreach within our specialized field.

• The “68CSSD”online community, launched in April 2015, quickly became the sector’s premier educational and informational hub for reprocessing practitioners. It now boasts close to 100,000 members and followers, representing over 5,000 hospitals throughout the country.
• The “CSSD Museum,”established in April 2018, has collected hundreds of pictures, books, documents, and artifacts themed around reprocessing science and activities.
• In April 2019, we successfully brought the globally renowned professional journal, “Zentral Sterilization,”to the Chinese market.
• In February 2020, we launched the online live broadcast program “Sterile Talk in the Cloud.”
• The “CSSDGPT: a Professional Generative AI,”launched in January 2025, is an AI assistant tailored for CSSD professionals and is the first generative AI tool in the reprocessing field.
